Thursday 2.6: PCR, restriction, DP.

Friday 3.6: ligation, transformation.

Saturday 4.6: place for mini.

Sunday 5.6: Sequencing.

Tuesday 7.6: Meet with Gal, discuss next step, setup meeting with Ben-Tal.
